Physiotherapist Adam Smith-Connor, of New Forest Physiotherapy Southampton, will be holding a seminar on back pain and whiplash on Thursday 17th July at 5pm at our Millbrook clinic. Adam has helped thousands of people with back pain and whiplash over his 20 years of practice, and this seminar is a rare opportunity to find out the latest developments in back pain and whiplash treatment from an expert in the field, for free!
This seminar will be of interest to anyone who has suffered from back pain and whiplash and wants to learn about the causes back pain and how to treat it. You will be taught a simple exercise to improve spinal stability and a relaxation technique to reduce tension and pain.
Adam will also provide details about our Back Care Course which is run at both our Fawley and Millbrook clinics.
