- Initial assessment (1 hour): £60
- Follow up visit (30 minutes): £40
HOME VISITS
For patients who, for reasons of mobility, are not able to get to either of out practices, we are able to offer a home-visit service.
- Home visit (up to 1 hour) – £80
PRE-PAYMENT PACKAGES
- Physiotherapy – Buy 6 x 30 mins sessions for £192
- This package reduces the cost of 30 mins sessions from £40 to £32, saving £48
Cash, cheques, credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
We are registered with all major insurance companies. Please check your insurance company before booking an appointment as some companies require that you are referred to physiotherapy by a Doctor. You will be liable to any insurance excess and will be asked to pay this at your first appointment or will be sent an invoice.
For reasons of modesty a gown can be provided, and a female chaperone is available by prior arrangement. Please wear shorts or a crop top for your apponitment if appropriate.
LATE CANCELLATION & NON ATTENDANCE POLICY
Due to high demand for appointments we have a strict late cancellation & non attendance policy.
Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment or you will be charged for the appointment. If you have medical insurance you will loose one of your sessions or may be liable for the cost of the session as some insurance companies do not pay late cancellation or non attendance fees.
