It can also ease the aches and pains caused by poor posture working at a desk or manual labour.
Many runners have regular sports massage to keep their leg muscles in good condition. If you are training for an event and increasing your mileage then your muscles are prone to tightness and aching due to the build up of lactic acid. Just a small amount of tension and tightness in your legs can lead to an injury. Sports massage can release this tension and improve your running.
